Content and Social Media Manager

AllAI is looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to grow our audience and brand awareness through social media, email newsletters, and partner communities.

What you'll do:

• Own the content plan and backlog for social channels
• Publish and test topics, formats, channels, and CTAs
• Launch and run email newsletters
• Monitor AI news, trends, and events
• Engage with AI/tech communities, university communities, event organizers, and partners
• Organize cross-promotion, special offers, and partnership activities
• Analyze results and turn them into new hypotheses

• Work with AI and automating marketing processes that could be automated and scaled.

   

What we're looking for:

• Experience running social media and/or newsletters, ideally in tech/AI or a fast-moving startup
• Interest in AI/tech. If you regularly reading AI news - it's a great fit.
• Comfort working through hypotheses and analytics, not just "posting content"
• Strong written English
• Community-building instincts — you like talking to people, not just publishing at them
• Bonus: experience working alongside automation tools

What success looks like: growing audience, reach and engagement, website traffic, newsletter list, partner network, and brand awareness across B2C and B2B.
