Senior Flutter / Mobile Engineer (IRC304286)
Job Description
- Strong production experience with Flutter and Dart for iOS and Android.
- Mobile architecture, state management such as BLoC/Cubit, dependency injection, modular components, and maintainable API boundaries.
- REST API integration, asynchronous workflows, secure local storage, authentication, and application security.
- Bluetooth Low Energy and connected-device integration experience.
- Ability to investigate native issues in Swift/iOS and Kotlin/Android; experience with Flutter platform channels is valuable.
- Unit, widget, integration, and hardware-assisted testing.
- Mobile CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Fastlane, TestFlight, and Google Play delivery.
- Experience with regulated, healthcare, safety-critical, or privacy-sensitive software is highly desirable.
- Web frontend experience is useful but secondary to strong Flutter/mobile expertise.

Department/Project Description
We are looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer to join a small, hands-on team developing a regulated medical mobile product and its connected-device integrations. The engineer will work closely with engineering leadership, product, and business stakeholders, taking ownership from technical discovery through production
delivery.
You will work on a healthcare technology platform where mobile and backend software directly support a medical device used to treat pain in real-world clinical settings. The system already has active users and production constraints, and the focus of the project is to strengthen its technical foundation, improve reliability, and fix critical user-facing issues that affect authentication, session stability, notifications, and accessibility.
