Ми шукаємо Senior Infrastructure & Systems Engineer для fintech / crypto-продукту зі складною production infrastructure, high-load системами та розвиненою network architecture.

Це не класична роль корпоративного System Administrator / IT Administrator з фокусом на user support, Microsoft 365 або office infrastructure.

Нам потрібен інженер із сильним досвідом у Linux, networking, virtualization, databases, monitoring та infrastructure security, який працював зі складними production-системами та вміє самостійно знаходити root cause інфраструктурних проблем.

Вимоги

• 5+ years of experience in System Administration / Infrastructure / Network Engineering
• Strong Linux administration experience (Debian / Ubuntu)
• Досвід роботи зі складною production / high-load infrastructure
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, routing, DNS, VLAN, VPN, firewalls, NAT
• Практичний досвід troubleshooting складної network infrastructure
• Nginx, HAProxy, load balancing
• Virtualization: Proxmox / VMware ESXi
• Досвід адміністрування та troubleshooting PostgreSQL
• Практичний досвід з Redis
• Monitoring / logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki або аналоги
• Infrastructure security: access management, certificates, secrets, hardening
• Backup / restore та disaster recovery
• Scripting: Bash та/або Python
• Strong troubleshooting та root cause analysis skills

• Troubleshooting infrastructure та network incidents
• Адміністрування PostgreSQL та Redis
• Підтримка monitoring, logging та alerting
• Infrastructure performance optimization
• Infrastructure hardening та security improvements
• Backup / restore та disaster recovery
• Capacity planning для high-load systems
• Автоматизація infrastructure tasks
• Взаємодія з development / DevOps командою щодо production issues
