About the Role

We are looking for a System Administrator to provide day-to-day support for our employees and manage our corporate systems. You will be the first point of contact for internal users and will work closely with the Head of IT Operations.

Responsibilities

Provide user support: handle requests and incidents

Administer corporate accounts: Google Workspace, Ringostat, HubSpot, NetSuite

Onboard new employees: create accounts, set up access, prepare equipment

Offboard departing employees: deactivate accounts, process equipment returns, revoke access

Manage and track IT equipment (laptops, peripherals)

Configure and support VPN and network connections for remote employees

Monitor the health of corporate services

Maintain documentation: guides, knowledge bases, IT procedures

Participate in the rollout of new IT tools and services

Ensure compliance with information security policies

Requirements

2+ years of experience in IT administration or technical support

Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

Basic knowledge of networking technologies (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)

Administration-level experience with Linux and Windows

Experience working with ticketing systems

Attention to detail, accountability, and a customer-oriented mindset

English — Intermediate level or higher (for communication with an international team)

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Nice to Have

Experience supporting remote teams across different countries and time zones

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)

Basic understanding of information security principles

Scripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
