🧩 Responsibilities:
- Requirements Engineering: Gather requirements from business stakeholders and product managers, translating them into technical specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing banking, financial, and advisory workflows to identify modernization and optimization opportunities.
- Development Support: Collaborate closely with developers and UX/UI designers, clarifying functional/technical queries and defining technical dependencies and risks.
- Solution Validation: Validate that delivered software increments meet technical acceptance criteria and support testing/UAT phases.
- Documentation & Governance: Maintain structured, up-to-date project documentation within Jira and Confluence.
🎓 Our Perfect Match (Requirements):
- Experience Level: 4+ years of commercial experience as a Technical Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Requirements Engineer.
- Banking Domain: Proven hands-on experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector.
- Technical Depth: Strong understanding of software application architecture, REST APIs, system integrations, databases, and modern software development lifecycles.
- Agile Frameworks: Solid experience writing technical user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs in Jira and Confluence.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving, and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Language & Location: Fluent English communication skills; candidate must be based in Vienna / Austria (or open to local hybrid/on-site alignment).
➕ Nice to Have:
- Experience with advisor-facing banking applications or digital wealth management platforms.
- Hands-on experience with process modeling (BPMN), solution architecture, or UAT execution.
