Product Manager / Product Owner - DELIFOOD

DELIFOOD is a technology company developing digital services and tools for the food delivery and restaurant industry.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner with a strong understanding of the food tech and restaurant industry, who will work closely with business stakeholders and the development team to transform business needs into clear, practical product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, problems, goals, and priorities;
• Analyze business requests and translate them into product solutions and initiatives;
• Define solution concepts, scope, MVP, and priorities;
• Create and manage Epics, Features, and User Stories;
• Own and prioritize the product backlog;
• Define and refine functional requirements, user flows, and business logic at the required level of detail;
• Collaborate with the development team throughout solution design and implementation;
• Make product decisions and manage scope changes during development;

• Drive initiatives from business need to production release.

   

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar product role;
• Strong practical experience in food tech, food delivery, restaurant technology or restaurant operations;
• Good understanding of key restaurant and food delivery processes: order lifecycle, menu management, pricing, promotions, payments, delivery, and restaurant operations;
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and development teams;
• Ability to identify the actual business problem behind stakeholder requests and translate it into a practical product solution;
• Experience defining scope, MVP, and priorities;
• Experience managing product backlogs and working with Epics, Features, and User Stories;
• Experience collecting and refining functional requirements;
• Good understanding of REST / GraphQL APIs and system integrations;
• Understanding of web and mobile product development;
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments;
• English — Advanced technical, Upper Intermediate daily.

Nice to have

• Experience with POS, KDS, restaurant management systems, delivery platforms, or aggregators;
• Experience working with WordPress / WooCommerce-based products;
• Understanding of marketplace and e-commerce business models;
• Experience working with product metrics, analytics, and KPIs;
• Experience with products involving multiple external and internal integrations;

• Experience in Project Management or Delivery Management.
