Role Overview
 

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to coordinate the planning, development, testing, and delivery of UN1Q's technology projects.

This is a hands-on role positioned between product, business, and engineering. You will work closely with the Head of Technology, developers, designers, QA, and management to ensure requirements are understood, dependencies are identified, and work is delivered to the expected quality and timeline.
 

You will:
 

• Own and coordinate technical project delivery from requirements through release.
• Manage multiple parallel development workstreams and their dependencies.
• Translate business and product requirements into structured technical tasks.
• Maintain clear visibility over priorities, progress, blockers, risks, and releases.
• Ensure accountability and effective communication across the development team.
   

This is not purely an administrative project management position. You should be comfortable discussing technical requirements directly with engineers and understanding how different components of a software platform interact.
 

Key Responsibilities
 

• Plan and coordinate development across backend, mobile, web, smartwatch, DevOps, AI, and other technical workstreams.
• Translate product and business requirements into clear development tasks, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and maintain project Jira boards, backlogs, priorities, milestones, dependencies, and release plans.
• Coordinate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and other project meetings where required.
• Track development progress and ensure tasks move efficiently from requirements through development, testing, approval, and release.
• Identify technical and operational blockers early and coordinate their resolution.
• Work with engineers to understand estimates, technical dependencies, implementation risks, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate QA, UAT, bug resolution, release readiness, and production deployments.
• Ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are understood and verified before development begins.
• Maintain clear and organized project documentation.
• Coordinate third-party integrations and external technical partners where required.
• Monitor delivery timelines and proactively identify risks to scope, quality, or deadlines.
• Provide management with clear and accurate reporting on project status, risks, priorities, and upcoming releases.
• Help continuously improve development processes, communication, documentation, and team efficiency.
• Ensure proper handover and knowledge transfer when responsibilities move between team members.
   

Requirements
 

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Software Project Management, Delivery Management, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing software development projects from requirements through production release.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience managing the delivery of mobile applications, backend/API development, web platforms, or similarly complex software products.
• Proven experience with Jira and other Atlassian tools.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum or hybrid development methodologies.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and acceptance criteria writing skills.
• Ability to manage several parallel projects, priorities, and technical dependencies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.

The Following Will Be Considered an Advantage
 

• Previous experience as a software developer, QA engineer, business/system analyst, or other technical role.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar professional certification.
• Experience leading the delivery of complex mobile application projects.
• Experience coordinating AI/ML or LLM-related projects.
• Experience with managing smartwatch, wearable, HealthKit, Health Connect, or health-data integrations.
• Experience with subscription platforms, payment systems, or SaaS products.
• Experience working with fitness, health, wellness, or coaching applications.
• Experience coordinating distributed and remote development teams.
• Experience working in startup or fast-scaling environments.
