Senior Product Designer
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growing fintech team and take ownership of the design and user experience of our digital products.
You will work closely with Product, Development, Operations, and Management to create simple, intuitive, and high-quality experiences for complex financial products.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end product design process, from concept and user flows to polished UI and implementation.
- Design and improve web and mobile experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity designs.
- Build, maintain, and improve our design system.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
- Identify UX problems and turn complex financial processes into simple user experiences.
- Continuously improve existing products based on user needs, business requirements, and data.
Take ownership of design quality and consistency across the product.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating real digital products and complex user flows.
- Excellent knowledge of Figma.
- Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, responsive design, and modern UI principles.
- Experience designing both web and mobile applications.
- Ability to work independently and take a project from idea to production.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working directly with Product Managers and Developers.
Good English communication skills.
