Full-stack JS developer (AI-Native Administration)

About the Project 

We are building an AI-native administrative and compliance platform designed to transform complex legal, operational, and documentation workflows into automated, intelligent systems. Instead of dealing with fragmented legal processes, heavy manual paperwork, and outdated administrative portals, our platform leverages modern cloud infrastructure and LLM capabilities to streamline compliance, document analysis, and decision-making for businesses.

We are moving fast with a small, high-velocity team, which means your code directly drives core functionality used in demanding legal-administrative environments.

Role Overview 

We are expanding our core team and looking for a solid Full Stack Engineer (Mid+ or Senior) to step in, own critical features, and help us maintain momentum as the platform scales. You will collaborate directly with our founding engineers, tackling backend services and cloud architecture while handling nuanced, domain-heavy business logic.

• Data & Queue: PostgreSQL, Redis, BullMQ
• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS

What You’ll Do

• Develop, test, and maintain end-to-end features across our Next.js frontend and NestJS backend.
• Design resilient asynchronous processing pipelines and job queues using Redis and BullMQ for background tasks and data ingestion.
• Model relational data, optimize queries, and manage migrations with PostgreSQL and Prisma.
• Deploy, configure, and scale services on AWS.
• Translate nuanced legal and compliance business rules into maintainable, rock-solid application logic.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial full-stack experience with strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Hands-on production experience with NestJS and Prisma ORM.
• Practical knowledge of relational database design (PostgreSQL) and background job processing (Redis / BullMQ).
• Solid experience deploying and managing cloud services on AWS.
• Strong English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced): Essential for understanding complex legal, compliance, and administrative domain terminology directly within the requirements and codebase.

Nice to Have

• Background in mobile development (React Native is a major plus).
• Experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI-assisted features.
• Active use of AI-native engineering tools (Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate development.
