Middle Fullstack Engineer
We are looking for a Middle Full-Stack Engineer to join our team on a full time, short-term engagement. The role involves working across two ongoing client projects, with approximately 16 days of work per month.
You’ll work on modern web applications across healthcare and AI, using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and other modern technologies. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient engineer who is comfortable working across different projects, taking ownership of deliverables, and communicating directly with clients.
Projects:
Project 1 - Healthcare & Insurance Platform
- Approximately 14 days/month.
- A long-term project for a UK healthcare and insurance company, with an additional focus on a dental insurance product. The engagement has been ongoing since June 2024 and currently includes an ongoing redesign of the dental insurance platform.
Tech stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Vercel.
Project 2 - AI Healthcare Product
- Approximately 2 days/month.
- An AI-powered product focused on persona-driven conversation simulations for the healthcare industry. The project has been ongoing since May 2025 and involves building and maintaining an interactive web application.
Tech stack: React, TypeScript, Supabase, Tailwind CSS, Zustand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Build responsive and reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS
- Work across two concurrent client projects and manage priorities effectively
- Develop new features and functionality based on project requirements
- Work with Supabase and modern frontend state management solutions
- Deploy and maintain applications using Vercel
- Integrate and work with CMS platforms
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, performance, and a smooth user experience
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables
- Communicate directly with clients and independently clarify technical requirements
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams across both projects
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial full-stack development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with React
- 3+ years of experience with TypeScript
- Solid commercial experience with Next.js
- 2+ years of experience with Tailwind CSS
- 3+ years of experience with Supabase
- 2+ years of experience with Zustand
- 2+ years of experience with Vercel and modern deployment workflows
- Experience working with any CMS, headless or otherwise
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple projects
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- C1+ English, both written and spoken
- Comfortable owning client communication independently
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Storyblok
- Experience working across multiple concurrent client projects
- Previous experience in a startup or agency environment
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar
