Mobile UI/UX Designer Offline

We are looking for a Mobile UI/UX Designer with commercial experience to join our team on a full-time basis. The main focus of this role is designing mobile applications, primarily utility apps.

You will work closely with product and development teams and be involved in the full design cycle — from initial concepts and user flows to production-ready designs. A big part of the role is working efficiently with reusable components and established UI patterns, allowing us to move quickly across multiple products while maintaining consistency and quality.

Requirements

• 1+ year of commercial experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio with mobile app projects
• Confident working in Figma, especially with components, Auto Layout, variants, component properties, and prototyping
• Experience creating and working with reusable UI components and scalable design structures
• Ability to quickly adapt and reuse existing components and patterns across different projects
• Good understanding of mobile UX patterns and platform guidelines (iOS / Android)
• Ability to estimate design tasks and meet deadlines
• Research skills: competitor analysis, reference collection, and mood board creation
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of the design workflow for research, ideation, content, exploration, and speeding up everyday design tasks

• English — intermediate level (working with interfaces and documentation)

   

Responsibilities

• Design mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Create and maintain reusable components, variants, states, and responsive layouts
• Work with existing component libraries and adapt them efficiently for new products and use cases
• Build interactive prototypes to validate flows, interactions, and product ideas
• Maintain consistency across screens and applications while keeping the design process fast and scalable
• Prepare designs for development and ensure clean, structured handoff
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
• Use AI and other tools where appropriate to speed up research, exploration, and repetitive parts of the design process
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and product requirements
