HMI Designer
We are looking for an HMI Designer to work on complex interfaces for technical products: medical devices, industrial systems, robotics, aerospace, control panels, embedded software, and other tools used in real-world environments.
The role is about designing clear, precise, usable interfaces for systems that often have complex workflows, hardware constraints, safety considerations, and many possible states. You would work on information architecture, user flows, screen layouts, interaction patterns, visual design, components, and design systems.
We care a lot about usability and clarity, but also about the quality of the UI itself. The interfaces should not only work well, they should look exceptional: polished, refined, visually sharp, and beautiful at a very high standard.
This is a good fit for someone who enjoys understanding how things work, can handle technical complexity, has strong Figma skills, and cares about making serious products easier, safer, and genuinely great to use.
