Product Manager (SaaS)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of a SaaS product and drive its development based on customer needs, data, and business goals.
You will work closely with development, design, and business teams — from identifying opportunities and validating hypotheses to launching features and measuring their impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Research users, competitors, and market trends.
• Identify customer pain points and turn them into product hypotheses.
• Validate ideas through research, data, and experiments.
• Define clear product requirements for design and development teams.
• Lead features from discovery to launch and further iterations.
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, and product performance.
• Improve activation, retention, conversion, and monetization.
• Collect customer feedback and translate it into product improvements.
• Align product priorities with business goals.

ABOUT YOU

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a digital product.
• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based products.
• Strong understanding of product discovery and the product development lifecycle.
• Experience working with product analytics and key metrics.
• Understanding of retention, churn, activation, conversion, LTV, and CAC.
• Ability to formulate and validate product hypotheses.
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• High level of ownership and ability to work independently.
• English — B2+.
