About the team
We are a team of the Procurement Department which is responsible for all procurement activities of “Stark-defence” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY — one of the most technological producers of UAVs in the EU. Our work focuses on making best choices to fulfill production and R&D needs of our company in time.
Your mission
We are looking for a skilled Procurement Specialist — team player with good communication skills who will become part of our Operational department.
Responsibilities
- Procurement tasks for manager within the Ukraine and Europe;
- Communication with the suppliers;
- Communication within the company with the inner consumers;
- Research for best prices and solutions for inner consumers;
- Ordering for raw materials and mechanisms for production and R&D;
- Control of orders arrival to the warehouse;
- Cooperation with quality department in situations of “unsatisfied quality”;
- Filling of control of documents arrival.
Qualifications
- High education — economics will be an advantage;
- Good communication skills;
- Work experience in the same role previously not less than 1 year;
- Basic Understanding of logistics and post services;
- Experience in usage of Microsoft 365;
- English level — intermediate at least;
- Ability to work with a couple of tasks at the same time;
- Ability to work with stressful tasks;
- Experience with orders for microelectronics or electric equipment;
- Experience with ERP Systems.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP System NetSuite.
