Medior Automation Implementator

About the role

We are a Belgian B2B SaaS company developing web applications for business process automation.

Our core product, HyperPortal, is a no-code platform that helps organizations automate workflows and build structured databases without requiring technical knowledge.

We are looking for a Medior Automation Implementator to join our team and work with customers in France. You will analyse their business processes, design automation solutions and implement them using our platform.



You must be based in France and speak French at B2–C1 level or higher.

You will also need good spoken and written English.

Ukrainian is a plus.

What you will do

• Analyse customer business processes and requirements
• Translate business needs into practical automation solutions
• Design and implement complex workflows in HyperPortal
• Build structured and scalable data models
• Document solutions clearly
• Present and explain implementations to customers
• Communicate with customers throughout the implementation process
• Coordinate with our internal teams
• Take ownership of implementations from requirements to delivery

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience with workflow automation or no-code platforms
• Experience with tools such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Airtable or similar
• Strong business and functional analysis skills
• Ability to independently implement complex automations end-to-end
• Good understanding of workflows, data structures and automation logic
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• French: B2–C1+
• English: good written and spoken level
• Russian or Ukrainian is a plus

Experience with n8n, Make.com or Airtable is especially relevant. You will not work with these tools directly — you will use our own no-code automation platform, which follows similar principles.
