Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who can independently manage software development projects, drive processes forward, and take ownership of project delivery from initiation to completion.

We are looking for someone with 2+ years of hands-on Project Management experience who has worked across projects in different domains and is comfortable taking ownership of processes, making decisions, and adapting to different project environments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT/software development;
• Proven track record of independently managing software development projects from initiation to delivery;
• Exposure to projects across different domains, demonstrating adaptability to new business contexts and project environments;
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban;
• Comfortable handling multiple projects, priorities, and competing deadlines simultaneously;
• Strong command of project planning, estimation, prioritization, and delivery tracking;
• Solid background in managing project risks, dependencies, issues, and changes;
• Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective project processes and workflows;
• Practical experience with gathering, clarifying, and managing requirements, and translating them into actionable tasks for the team;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence working with clients, development teams, and other stakeholders;
• Proactive approach to identifying problems, making informed decisions, and taking ownership of solutions;
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar;
• English — B2 or higher.
