.NET Engineer

We’re looking for a .NET Engineer to join a product team developing a platform for voice communications and Microsoft Teams integrations.

You’ll work primarily on the backend, building services that support Teams calls, meetings, recordings, and communication data. A key part of the role is integrating the product with Microsoft Teams and ensuring these integrations remain stable and reliable in production.

What you’ll do

• Build and enhance backend services with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core
• Develop integrations with Microsoft Teams
• Work extensively with Microsoft Graph API and Teams communication APIs
• Implement functionality related to calls, meetings, recordings, and communication data
• Create and maintain REST APIs and integrations with external services
• Investigate and fix production issues related to Teams and voice functionality
• Help improve the platform’s performance, reliability, and scalability
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical improvements

What we expect

• 3+ years of commercial experience with C# / .NET
• Strong experience building backend applications with ASP.NET Core
• Proven commercial experience integrating products with Microsoft Teams
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Graph API
• Experience with Teams calls, meetings, recordings, or communication APIs
• Experience building integrations with third-party systems and APIs
• Solid understanding of SQL, databases, and backend architecture
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently

You’re a backend-oriented .NET Engineer who has already worked with Microsoft Teams integrations in a commercial environment and understands the challenges of communication-focused products.

Beyond strong .NET skills, we’re looking for someone familiar with the practical side of calls, meetings, recordings, and voice integrations, including supporting and troubleshooting them in production.
