Project Coordinator
We are DevOps-as-a-Service company delivering cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and operational support across multiple client projects. We work with distributed engineers and international clients and focus on reliable execution, clear communication, and predictable delivery.
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination of our client projects and DevOps engineers.
Your main responsibility will be to make sure tasks are clearly tracked, assigned, followed up on, and completed, while keeping clients and the team informed about progress, blockers, and upcoming work.
You will act as the operational point of coordination between clients, DevOps engineers, and company management.

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Clear and professional written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar task-management tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep information organized and up to date
Nice to Have
- Basic understanding of DevOps concepts such as CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, containers, environments, and deployments
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP terminology

Experience coordinating distributed or remote engineering teams
Responsibilities

- Track deadlines, blockers, dependencies, and pending decisions
- Follow up with engineers on outstanding and delayed tasks
- Make sure new client requests are captured and tracked
- Keep project information and task statuses up to date
- Escalate delivery risks, unclear priorities, scope changes, and resource conflicts early
Client Communication
- Act as the day-to-day coordination point for clients
- Collect and organize incoming client requests
- Communicate progress, blockers, and expected timelines
- Schedule and support regular client status calls
- Prepare concise weekly or bi-weekly project updates
- Record decisions, action items, and follow-ups from meetings
- Escalate issues that require management or technical decisions
Team Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day work of DevOps engineers across projects
- Make sure engineers understand current priorities and expected deliverables
- Follow up on missing information and unresolved blockers
- Coordinate communication between engineers and clients when necessary

- Help keep the team focused on agreed priorities
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain basic project and client documentation
- Keep meeting notes, decisions, and action items organized
- Track hours, workload, and delivery status
- Prepare simple delivery and workload reports
- Ensure important client agreements, requests, and changes are documented
What This Role Is โ and Is Not
This is a coordination-focused role, not a technical management position.
You are not expected to make DevOps architecture decisions or independently define technical solutions. Technical decisions will be made by our engineers and technical leadership.
You are expected to ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done, who is responsible, what is blocked, what is late, and what requires escalation.
Success in this role means that tasks do not get lost, clients know what is happening, engineers know their priorities, and potential delivery problems are identified early.
