SharePoint Team Lead / Senior SharePoint Engineer

We are looking for a SharePoint Team Lead / Senior SharePoint Engineer to join an international environment on a full-time basis.

📍 Location: Warsaw / Hybrid / Remote

🔹 Key responsibilities:

• Lead the SharePoint team and coordinate internal/external administrators and developers

• Define the SharePoint development direction and advise the business on technical solutions

• Administer SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Subscription Edition and SharePoint Online (O365)

• Migrate SharePoint sites and applications to Subscription Edition and SharePoint Online

• Monitor and maintain SharePoint farms

• Customize SharePoint sites using CSS, HTML and JavaScript

• Handle advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution

• Prepare technical documentation, procedures and user guides

• Support user training and knowledge sharing

🔹 Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint & Microsoft 365

• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2025, SQL Server, PowerShell and SharePoint Workflows

• Experience with SharePoint migration tools, e.g. ShareGate

• Leadership experience or readiness to lead a competency team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluent English

⭐ Nice to have:

• Microsoft SharePoint certification (MCSE/MCSD or similar)

• Experience working in large international environments

• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
