Junior IT Technician

We are looking for a Junior IT Technician to join a team responsible for maintaining and supporting advanced training and simulation systems. 

In this hands-on role, you will help ensure that both hardware and software systems remain operational and ready for training. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with the technical setup and execution of training exercises.

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting at customer sites 
• Provide Tier 1 help desk support to users 
• Perform preventive maintenance of hardware and software systems 
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues 
• Support the technical execution of training exercises 
• Monitor system performance and ensure equipment remains operational 
• Communicate with users and technical teams to resolve issues efficiently 

Requirements 

• 1+ year of experience as an IT Technician or relevant technical education/certification 
• Recent graduates with a relevant degree are welcome to apply 
• Candidates without formal IT education but with hands-on technical experience and a strong interest in IT are also encouraged to apply 
• Basic understanding of computer operating systems and networks 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
• Good communication skills in English 
• Good organizational and time-management skills 
• Willingness to learn and work hands-on with technical systems
