Product Manager iGaming / Casino

EJAW is a software development and art creation agency that delivers services to game developers, media companies and other organizations alike around the world since 2010.

We are looking for a Product Manager with proven experience in the Casino/iGaming industry who can drive product development, work with key metrics, and make data-driven decisions that directly impact business results.

We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of casino products, player behavior, and key product metrics, and who can translate data and business objectives into meaningful product improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the product and contribute to shaping the product strategy;
• Analyze user behavior and key product metrics;
• Identify product growth opportunities and formulate hypotheses;
• Prioritize initiatives and manage the product roadmap;
• Define requirements for new features and improvements to existing functionality;
• Work with product analytics, run A/B tests, and evaluate the impact of implemented changes;
• Manage the team: set tasks, define priorities, monitor deadlines, and ensure high-quality execution;
• Oversee product initiatives from idea and planning through implementation, launch, and performance evaluation.

 Requirements:

• Proven commercial experience as a Product Manager in the Casino/iGaming industry is a must;
• Strong understanding of online casino products, player behavior, and the player journey;
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps engineers, and Art teams
• Solid understanding of key casino and product metrics;
• Hands-on experience with product hypotheses and data-driven decision-making;
• Experience in building and managing product roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives;
• Good understanding of digital product development processes;
• Ability to effectively collaborate with both business stakeholders and technical teams;
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
