We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team and translate complex product and technical concepts into clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation. You will create and maintain documentation for our cloud-based products, working closely with Product, Development, and Platform teams to ensure it is aligned with product releases and meets the needs of both technical and non-technical audiences
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user documentation, including user/admin guides, module instructions, FAQs, and Zendesk knowledge base articles.
- Prepare release notes for each 4-week release cycle based on Product and Development materials; participate in Release Readiness Reviews to ensure documentation is release-ready.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Integration API documentation, integration specifications (Axioma DB, Power BI Embedded), and Custom Objects configuration guides.
- Document internal processes and procedures, including L0βL3 incident management, release processes, and onboarding materials, in collaboration with Product and Platform teams.
- Localize and adapt documentation for Ukrainian, Russian, English, and Portuguese markets, coordinating with translators when needed.
- Create visual documentation, including screenshots, diagrams, GIFs/video tutorials, and interactive or in-app guides.
- Work closely with the Product team during development by reviewing BRDs and designs to ensure documentation is delivered alongside new features.
- Maintain consistent documentation standards, including style guides, terminology glossaries, and article templates for the CRM/pharma domain.
- Monitor documentation feedback and metrics, such as page views, ticket deflection rate, and surveys, and continuously improve content based on insights.
- Support presales and customer training by preparing documentation and educational materials in collaboration with Sales and Implementation teams.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, consistent, and aligned with product functionality and business requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a cloud software, SaaS, or technology environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
- Experience creating different types of technical and user-facing documentation, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Experience working with documentation and collaboration tools such as Zendesk, Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with software development workflows and technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud-based products.
- Ability to work effectively with Product, Development, Platform, Support, Sales, and Implementation teams.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple documentation tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and familiarity with Agile development methodologies would be a plus.
Experience in the Pharmaceutical/CRM domain would be an advantage.
