Junior/Strong Junior Project Manager
About the Company
BotsCrew is a service company that helps international businesses design and build custom AI solutions, automation tools, chatbots, and digital products. We work with clients from discovery and strategy through delivery, iteration, and long-term account growth.
Our projects are rarely βone-size-fits-all.β We build custom solutions around each clientβs business processes, data, systems, goals, and constraints. That is why we are looking for someone who can combine client ownership, product thinking, business analysis, and commercial awareness.

We invest heavily in developing our juniors, so we're looking for someone ready for a long-term journey with us. BotsCrew is an AI company, and that extends to how we work β you'll be expected to bring AI tools into your daily workflow and keep exploring how they reshape the PM role.
