Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a fast-growing technology company developing AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients.

In this role, you will work across the entire stack, building high-performance front-end experiences and scalable back-end systems that support real-time, AI-driven workflows.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, AI/ML specialists, and product teams to develop reliable, production-ready solutions and intuitive interfaces for AI-powered applications.
 

Responsibilities
 

• Design and build full-stack applications that power AI-driven workflows for enterprise users.
• Develop high-performance front-end interfaces for AI agent control, monitoring, and visualization.
• Build scalable backend services supporting real-time AI interactions, knowledge retrieval, and automation.
• Optimize AI-powered UIs to provide seamless and intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and automation into production-ready applications.
• Build robust, efficient solutions with minimal dependencies.
• Continuously improve AI-driven products while balancing user needs and technical feasibility.
   

Requirements
 

• 8+ years of hands-on experience building full-stack production applications.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience with backend development using Python.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and scalable architectures.
• Understanding of AI-powered applications, including LLMs, chat interfaces, and agentic workflows.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.

• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional engineering, product, design, and AI/ML teams.

  
  Additional Details: 

• Long-term opportunity: This is a stable, long-term project with the opportunity to become a key part of the customer’s engineering team and contribute to the product over an extended period.
• Working hours: During the first 3 months of onboarding, availability until 9:00 PM Kyiv time is required. After onboarding, late calls may occasionally be required if needed; otherwise, you can work according to your preferred schedule.
• Education: A completed higher education degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field is required.
• Full-time commitment: This is a 100% dedicated, full-time engagement with the customer’s team. Parallel commercial projects or other full-time engagements are not compatible with this role.
