Software Engineer, Front-End

We are looking for a Front-End Engineer to join a fast-growing technology company building advanced AI-powered solutions for enterprise environments. The product helps automate complex workflows and enables users to interact with intelligent systems through intuitive, high-quality interfaces.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the interfaces that connect users with AI-powered tools, working closely with product designers, AI engineers, and backend developers to build clean, fast, and intuitive user experiences.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys fast-moving, design-conscious environments, is interested in creating seamless experiences for complex AI workflows, and brings strong technical skills and attention to detail.
 

Responsibilities

• Build beautiful, performant UIs that make AI-powered tools intuitive and powerful for enterprise users.
• Work on CUI (Conversational User Interface) design, agent dashboards, and visualisation tools that communicate complex AI outputs clearly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, backend, and ML teams to turn product ideas into polished, functional front-end implementations.
• Create modular, scalable components with a strong foundation in design systems and accessibility.
• Optimise performance and responsiveness across browsers and devices.
• Continuously improve design and UX through testing, feedback, and usage data.
   

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in front-end development, preferably building SaaS or AI-powered applications.
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience working with design systems (e.g. Storybook, Figma handoff, Tailwind, or similar).
• Strong product and design sense, with attention to detail, polish, and usability.
• Familiarity with component-driven development and modern front-end tooling.
• A collaborative mindset and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
   

Nice to Have

• Experience building interfaces for AI or data-intensive applications.
• Experience working with real-time systems or dynamic visualisations, such as charts or streaming data.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
• Experience with CUI interfaces, voice, or chat-based UX.
• Comfortable working across the stack or contributing to backend APIs.
