Operations Associate · Founder's Right Hand · Path to Head of Ops

About us Growing e-commerce group, actively expanding into more European markets and Latin America. Small team, execution-focused, with an AI-first stack (Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Make, Zapier, ClickUp among other modern automation tools). 

The role We're hiring our founder's right hand. A professional role with minimum 2 years of experience (more experienced profiles welcome), with direct mentoring from the founder and a clear path to Head of Operations in 12-18 months. This is not an "assistant" role. This is an investment role: we invest 6 months of intensive mentoring in you, and you build the operational spine of our business over 18 months. 

What you'll do 
Month 1: intensive onboarding side-by-side with the founder. Learn the business inside-out. 
Months 2-6: your first major project is starting to build the remote operations team with direct founder mentoring. You lead execution, founder participates in final decisions. Additionally, you systematize and automate processes with our AI stack. 
Months 6+: growing autonomy. Managing the team you helped build. Weekly reporting, proposing improvements, executing with your own criteria. 
Months 12-18: transition to Head of Operations with significant salary increase, performance bonuses and team under your direction. 

Must have 
- English C1+ (written communication must be clean) 
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a relevant role (Project Manager, Operations, Business Analyst, Startup Employee, Ops Coordinator or similar) 
- Demonstrable knowledge of e-commerce, Shopify and Meta Ads at user level 
- Daily advanced use of Claude, ChatGPT or other AI tools (non-negotiable) 
- Founder mindset: proactive, takes ownership, proposes ideas and optimizations 
- Full-time availability (8h/day), CET timezone ±5h - Real hunger to learn and grow fast 

Nice to have 
- Startup or personal project experience - n8n, Make, Zapier familiarity 
- Previous hiring experience 
- Google Ads, Meta Ads knowledge
