Operations Manager · First Strategic Ops Hire · Multi-Country E-commerce Group Offline

We're a fast-growing e-commerce group operating cash-on-delivery (COD) stores across 7 European countries. 

Currently at 7-digit annual revenue and actively expanding into more European markets and Latin America. 

Why this hire matters Right now the two founders are the operational nervous system of the business. Every decision, every hire, every incident passes through us. We need someone who becomes the operational owner so we can focus on strategic growth. You are the first strategic operational hire. Everyone else we bring in for operations reports to you. You build the team. 

What you'll own 
- Daily operational rhythm across 7 Shopify stores in 7 countries. 
- Call center relationships  —  quality audits, confirmation and delivery rate improvement.
- Logistics partners and 3PLs per country — carriers, warehouses, returns management.
- End-to-end hiring for the operational team (3-5 hires in the next 12 months).
- SOP documentation for every repeatable process.
- Weekly reporting to founders with insights and 2-3 key decisions to escalate.
- Product management of the internal CRM and dashboard system. 

Must have 
- 3+ years in operations, senior PM (e-commerce/marketplace/DTC), or GM role. 
- Proven experience building remote teams from zero (not just "managed teams" — actually hired and onboarded them).
- English C1+ (written and spoken) if have Spanish will be a plus. 
- Multi-country or multi-market operational background.
- E-commerce industry background in-house (not agency). 
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building systems. 

Nice to have 
- Direct Shopify hands-on experience.
- COD (cash on delivery) business model familiarity. 
- AI-native workflow (Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Make, Zapier). 
- Native Ads / Meta Ads coordination experience (as coordinator, not media buyer).
- Experience internalizing marketing agencies.

Not for you if 
- You come from IT agency delivering software projects to clients. 
- Your background is Scrum Master, Sprint facilitator, or IT Project Manager.
- You need heavy structure and predefined processes to work 
- Your English is below C1.
