Project: Legacy Modernization for an Insurance company

Engagement: Remote
Start: 3–4 developers could potentially start late September 

Project Overview
We are looking for experienced .NET / Azure Developers to join a legacy modernization project for a leading insurance company in Germany.
The project focuses on migrating and modernizing existing legacy code to a newer technology version while ensuring code quality, maintainability, and alignment with business requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong commercial experience with .NET
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Microsoft certification is required
• Insurance domain experience is very important
• Proven experience with legacy application/code migration and modernization
• Good knowledge of Git
• Practical experience with GitHub Copilot and understanding of AI-assisted development
• Ability to understand, analyze, and work with business and technical requirements
• Experience working in distributed/remote teams
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Language Requirements:

• German: minimum B1 or English B2
• Ability to work with German documentation is expected!!
