Identity and access specialist (ET timezone business hours availability)

We are looking for an Identity and Access Management Specialist.

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00 ET (New York business hours) - Amsterdam 15:00-00:00 CET, Kyiv 16:00-01:00 EET/EEST. We expect fast response times, effective communication and the motivation to learn our technology stack.

Your primary tasks will include:

* Provisioning and revoking user and service account permissions across various systems
* Collecting required approvals and clarifying access request requirements
* Role management
* Administration of 2FA solutions
* Administration of API keys, secrets and other credential material
* Automating access management tasks through scripting and AI agent prompting, in cooperation with system developers and administrators
* Reviewing and re-certifying access rights
* Reviewing failed access attempts and identifying root causes (system failure, unauthorised activity)
* Improving access management in line with segregation of duties, least privilege and need-to-know principles
* Strengthening access management security controls
* Maintaining access management process documentation and system instructions
* Integrating with third-party identity providers
* Supporting external audits
* Participating in security event handling, emergency access revocation and investigation of access attempts

You should have a demonstrable track record in:

* Help desk / user support
* Identity and access management
* Basic Unix shell and PowerShell scripting
* Compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST, HIPAA or similar)
* ITIL and IT service management
* Fluent English; a Slavic language is an advantage

A strong plus:

* IdP or cloud vendor certifications - Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300), Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Security Engineer, Okta Certified Professional or Administrator
* ITIL certification
* Other security certifications - ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security+, GIAC
