Senior UI/UX Product Designer (AI and Browser Automations)
About the Product & Team
Our client is an innovative tech startup building an AI-powered platform for autonomous browser and web workflow automation. The platform combines advanced LLMs with browser automation engines to execute complex, multi-step web tasks and integrate directly into enterprise business workflows for clients across the US and Europe.
You will step in as the lead design authority and take full ownership of our product UX/UI. Your mandate is to translate intricate engineering logic—autonomous AI agents, execution logs, dynamic DOM interactions, and data mapping pipelines—into clean, predictable, and scalable enterprise-grade user experiences.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Product Designer with exceptional English fluency and a forward-thinking approach to AI-native product design.
In this role, you will lead the product interface strategy from concept to execution. You will design data-dense dashboards, visual workflow builders, AI interaction patterns, and complex configuration surfaces. With high autonomy, you will partner directly with the founders, CTO, and engineering teams, articulate strategic design decisions, and engage international enterprise customers to refine the product experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Product Design: Own the UX architecture and visual design across all platform modules—from discovery, journey mapping, and wireframes to production-ready Figma components and interactive prototypes.
- Architect Complex Workflows & AI UI: Design intuitive, robust interfaces for highly technical features, such as workflow visualizers, agent execution logs, error-handling states, dynamic selectors, and integration setups.
- Design System Architecture: Establish, scale, and govern a multi-product design system in Figma, utilizing modern tokens, reusable component libraries, and strict design-to-code alignment.
- AI Tooling Integration: Actively leverage next-generation AI design and prototyping tools into your daily workflow to accelerate ideation, automate asset production, and validate design concepts rapidly.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with engineering and product leadership to define specifications, resolve edge cases, ensure technical feasibility, and oversee high-fidelity implementation.
- Stakeholder & Customer Facing: Drive design reviews with leadership, present rationales confidently in English, and participate in customer discovery calls or usability tests with US/EU clients.
Requirements
- 7+ Years of Experience: Proven track record leading UI/UX product design for complex B2B SaaS platforms, developer tools, workflow automation engines, or data-intensive web applications.
- English Mastery (C1/C2): Near-native or fully fluent verbal and written communication. Absolute comfort presenting to executive stakeholders, defending UX choices, and leading user discussions independently.
- Advanced Figma & Design Systems: Expert command of Figma (auto-layout, component architecture, nested variants, design tokens, interactive prototyping, and variables).
- AI-Native Workflow: Demonstrated active daily use of modern AI design and prototyping tools (e.g., Cursor, v0, Claude, Lovable, or AI-driven Figma plugins) to streamline workflows and rapidly build prototypes.
- Systems Thinking & Edge-Case Rigor: Strong ability to deconstruct complex technical systems into coherent user flows, accounting for error recovery, async processing states, and platform scalability.
- Autonomy & Strategic Mindset: Ability to drive product design independently with minimal direction, transforming ambiguous business goals into polished, validated user interfaces.
