FullStack (NodeJS or Python) Applied AI Engineer

About the Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll embed with customers to design, build, and ship production software fast — full-stack apps, cloud infrastructure, and applied AI solutions built around Python or Node.js. As this is an outstaffing role with a German HR-tech company, strong written German is required for day-to-day communication with the client team.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship Python-based applications, APIs, and integrations directly with customers, from prototype to production.
• Design and deploy cloud-native, containerized infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP) with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
• Build and productionize GenAI/agentic solutions (RAG, vector search, LLM orchestration) using Python frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph.
• Lead PoCs and modernization efforts that turn customer problems into working solutions.

What You'll Bring

• Strong Python engineering skills — APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and automation.
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP) with containers/Kubernetes and IaC (Terraform).
• Hands-on GenAI/ML experience: LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, vector databases (Pinecone/Weaviate/FAISS).
• Comfort working directly with customers in fast-moving, ambiguous engagements.

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional languages (JS/TS) or frontend frameworks.
• Cloud or enterprise architecture certifications.
