SEO Marketing Specialist
AppRecode is an AI-powered DevOps and cloud engineering company working with fintech, telecom, and healthcare teams across Europe and the US. We build, secure, and run the infrastructure behind production systems โ CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and the AI workloads now running on top of them.
We are looking for an SEO Marketing Specialist to drive our organic growth and elevate AppRecode's market presence. In this role, you will bridge deep technical engineering with high-impact B2B marketing, translating advanced cloud, DevOps, and AI infrastructure topics into compelling, high-ranking content tailored for engineering leaders, CTOs, and technical decision-makers across Europe and the US.
We currently partner with two external SEO and marketing agencies.
You will act as our internal point of contact and subject-matter coordinator -setting strategic direction, aligning on priorities (such as high-value content topics and service page optimizations), and executing key initiatives. You will work closely with the company founders to refine our marketing vision, test hypotheses, and drive measurable pipeline impact. Strategy and directional focus are collaborative efforts shared with the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary internal liaison coordinating with external SEO and marketing agencies, setting editorial/technical directions, and executing key deliverables (e.g., service page revamps, technical deep dives, landing pages).
- Collaborate directly with company founders to shape marketing vision, test growth hypotheses, and measure channel ROI.
- Jointly develop and execute SEO and content marketing initiatives focused on cloud engineering, AI workloads, and DevOps services.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, search intent mapping, and competitor intelligence tailored to US and European B2B tech markets.
- Create authoritative, SEO-optimized technical articles, case studies, and engineering blog posts covering Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, cloud architecture, and AI infrastructure in close sync with our senior engineers. All published content must be original and written by humans.
- Craft and refine service descriptions, solution briefs, case studies, and commercial assets that clearly communicate our value proposition to technical buyers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering).
- Produce and optimize on-page elements: Title, Description, headers, internal linking architecture, and technical structure recommendations.
- Develop thought leadership content and distribution copy for LinkedIn, X, and targeted B2B email campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on organic performance metrics (traffic quality, keyword rankings, conversions, user engagement) using data-driven insights to iterate rapidly.
- Utilize AI tools strictly for early research, ideation, and workflow efficiency, ensuring all final published work undergoes thorough human technical validation and editorial polish.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or technical copywriting, ideally within B2B tech or IT services.
English level B2+ or higher: strong written proficiency capable of articulating technical topics for international audiences in Europe and the US. - Solid grasp of modern SEO best practices: search intent, entity-based search, on-page optimization, content architecture, and technical SEO basics.
- Hands-on experience with core SEO and analytics toolsets (Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush, or equivalent).
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to eliminate fluff and maintain clear, structured messaging.
- Curiosity and drive to quickly understand DevOps, cloud platforms, and modern infrastructure terminology.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, external agency partners, and executive founders.
- Analytical capabilities to evaluate content performance and SEO experiments against clear KPIs.
- A strong portfolio of published articles, B2B marketing copy, service pages, or technical case studies.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience writing for IT consultancies, cloud service providers, SaaS products, or developer tooling companies.
- Familiarity with core infrastructure terms and ecosystems: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform, MLOps/LLMOps.
- Experience producing B2B content for LinkedIn and technical distribution channels.
- Practical experience with modern CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Ghost, etc.).
- Fundamental understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and B2B sales funnels.
