Description

    We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, UI/UX designers, and engineering teams. You will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment across all project streams.

    Our client is innovative manufacturer of medical devices in the United States which produces devices and software applications.
At this project, you will have a great opportunity to be involved into the full development life cycle of medical software which is intended to help individuals by processing certain information taken from medical devices to identify health trends and to track daily activities. As additional there are opportunities to work with medical devices, in scope of end-to-end testing.

Requirements

1. Experience: 5+ years in Business Analysis or Product Management on complex software projects.
2. PO Mindset: Demonstrable experience acting as a proxy-Product Owner. Experience with roadmapping, backlog grooming, and strategic planning in an Agile/Scrum environment is essential.
3. Proactivity & Leadership: Strong history of “owning” the solution. You must be a self-starter who identifies process bottlenecks and fixes them without waiting for permission.
4. Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical and clinical information to diverse audiences. 
5. Tooling: Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, specifically for managing traceability and documentation.

6. English: Upper-Intermediate+

    

Job responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and owning all documentation capturing business and functional requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and propose business solutions
• Engage with the client to understand/develop/articulate business requirements
• Develop business and functional product knowledge and expertise for engaged clients to complement product engineering and design
• Engage with the client to influence and steer decision-related to Product Strategy/Design based on market and customer requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop product based on industry trends and customer needs
