The team partners with internal business units to identify high-impact opportunities and build AI-powered solutions that automate workflows, improve efficiency, and help teams scale.

About the Role:

As an AI Product Manager, you will lead strategic AI initiatives from opportunity discovery through launch and iteration. You will work closely with internal business units to identify needs, define product priorities and roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable AI solutions.

This is a hands-on, builder-oriented role where you will use AI-assisted development tools to prototype ideas, validate assumptions quickly, and make evidence-based product decisions. You will own the full product journey — from defining KPIs and aligning stakeholders to driving adoption and continuously improving product performance in a dynamic, data-intensive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own AI product initiatives end to end — from discovery and validation through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with internal business teams to understand their needs, identify high-impact opportunities, align priorities, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Define clear product requirements, roadmaps, success metrics, and KPIs, and track product adoption, performance, and business impact.
• Build and test functional AI prototypes using AI-assisted development tools, model APIs, automation platforms, low-code tools, or lightweight code.
• Partner with engineering and other cross-functional teams to turn validated ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions, including acceptance testing before release.
• Ensure successful product adoption and continuously improve solutions based on performance, feedback, and business needs.
• Drive an AI-native approach across the product lifecycle, from research and planning to testing and decision-making.

Required Competence and Skills:

• At least 4 years of Product Management experience, with proven end-to-end ownership from idea to launch and measurable results.
• Strong experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams, aligning priorities and managing expectations.
• Experience defining product requirements, roadmaps, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, workflows, or prototypes using AI development tools and model APIs.
• Good technical understanding of APIs, system architecture, data flows, LLMs, AI agents, and RAG.
• Strong product thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, with a high level of ownership and an evidence-based approach to decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management, customer discovery, analytical thinking, prioritization, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Previous software engineering or other strong technical background.  
• Experience turning prototypes or custom solutions into scalable, reusable products. 
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business units, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.
