Team Lead Business Analyst

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in business, functional, or system analysis, with 1+ years in a Team Lead, Lead BA, or Mentorship role;
• English: Advanced (C1) or fluent — strong verbal and written communication skills for executive-level facilitation;
• Deep expertise in requirement management tools, BA techniques (BABOK aligned), and standardizing BA artifacts across teams;
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), and product management principles;
• Advanced knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN 2.0, UML) and domain-driven design;
• Proven ability to extract business vision, translate strategic needs into actionable roadmaps, and solve complex business problems;
• Strong technical background: solid understanding of web/cloud technologies, API integrations, and system architecture principles;
• Experience in conducting presales, project estimations, and defining project Scope from scratch;
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, conflict resolution, and people development skills.
   

Would be a plus:

• Practical experience with SQL and data modeling;
• Hands-on experience leading integration-heavy or data-centric enterprise projects;
• Professional BA or Agile certifications (IIBA CBAP/CCBA, PMI-PBA, CSPO).

• Team Leadership & Growth: Mentor, support, and scale a team of Business Analysts; set quality standards and establish best practices for BA workflows;
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner to client executives, guiding product decisions and advising on best industry solutions;
• Requirements & Architecture: Oversee the end-to-end requirement pipeline, from high-level vision down to backlog decomposition and grooming;
• Presale & Business Development: Participate in presale activities, architecture discovery, product ideas elaboration, and project estimations;
• Process & Competency Building: Standardize technical specifications, user story maps, and visual process models across multiple projects;
• Cross-Team Alignment: Collaborate closely with Tech Leads, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution.
