Head of Retention (Fintech)

GNB Agency is hiring a Head of Retention to own full-cycle retention for our fintech clients.

What you'll do

• Build lifecycle programmes across email, SMS, push and calls: onboarding, activation, cross-sell, win-back
• Design retention flows that grow product adoption, transaction frequency and LTV
• Segment by product usage, transaction behaviour and customer value
• Own reporting on churn, cohorts and revenue per customer
• Lead a small retention team

What we're looking for

• 3+ years as Head of Retention, Retention Team Lead, CRM Lead or similar
• Full-cycle retention experience, not call-centre work: strategy, automation and flow ownership
• Hands-on with CRM/automation platforms (Customer.io, Braze, Iterable or similar)
• Strong analytics and comfort working with compliance requirements
• Fluent English
