Head of Retention (Crypto)

GNB Agency is hiring a Head of Retention to run full-cycle retention for crypto exchange and Web3 clients.

What you'll do

• Own the retention strategy across email, SMS, push and calls: from first deposit to reactivation of dormant traders
• Build automated lifecycle chains that increase trading frequency, deposit volume and LTV
• Segment by trading behaviour, asset preference and activity level
• Track cohort retention, reactivation rates and revenue per user
• Lead a small retention team

What we're looking for

• 3+ years as Head of Retention, Retention Team Lead, CRM Lead or similar
• Full-cycle retention experience, not call-centre work: strategy, segmentation and flow building, not just outbound scripts
• Understanding of the crypto audience and trading behaviour
• Hands-on with CRM/automation tools and analytics
• Fluent English
