Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Python + React)

This role requires visiting the Warsaw office approximately once per quarter.

About the Project

This is an AI-driven real-time market intelligence platform for the global fresh produce industry.

The platform synchronizes supply and demand data across 30,000+ growing regions and 115+ commodity categories, combining export data, pricing, volumes, weather, and other market signals. It helps growers, retailers, distributors, and investors make faster, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale backend services using Python.
• Split and evolve existing APIs into independent, scalable services.
• Build and optimize React and React Native interfaces.
• Develop and maintain data ingestion and processing workflows on GCP.
• Work with large-scale datasets in BigQuery.
• Integrate structured LLM-based and agentic AI solutions into the product.
• Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Contribute to infrastructure and architectural decisions.
• Work directly with the CTO and take ownership of technical solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall commercial software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Python backend development.
• 2+ years of commercial experience with React.
• Any commercial experience with React Native.
• English Upper-Intermediate or higher.
