Traffic Manager

We are looking for a Traffic Manager!
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming, Betting, or Affiliate Marketing
- Experience in traffic analysis and optimization
- Strong understanding of key metrics: FTD, RD, CPA, ROI, LTV, Retention, Conversion Rate
- Experience working with large datasets and analytical reporting
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, or similar)
- Understanding of Affiliate, Paid, and Organic acquisition channels
- English level B1+
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze and distribute traffic across GEOs, brands, and acquisition channels
- Monitor traffic volume, quality, and performance
- Identify optimization and growth opportunities
- Prepare analytical reports, forecasts, and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with Affiliate, Media Buying, CRM, Product, and Country Management teams
