Traffic Manager

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming, Betting, or Affiliate Marketing
• Experience in traffic analysis and optimization
• Strong understanding of key metrics: FTD, RD, CPA, ROI, LTV, Retention, Conversion Rate
• Experience working with large datasets and analytical reporting
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, or similar)
• Understanding of Affiliate, Paid, and Organic acquisition channels
• English level B1+

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze and distribute traffic across GEOs, brands, and acquisition channels
• Monitor traffic volume, quality, and performance
• Identify optimization and growth opportunities
• Prepare analytical reports, forecasts, and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with Affiliate, Media Buying, CRM, Product, and Country Management teams
