- Experience building or configuring monitoring, anomaly detection, alerting, or automated incident-triage solutions
- Experience using AI/ML for security monitoring or threat detection
DRI / On-call schedule
The team provides production support through a rotating DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) schedule.
DRI shifts are planned to start in mid-January 2027.
- Each engineer will have a 1-week DRI shift approximately every 4 weeks
- Offshore engineers cover 8:00 PM β 8:00 AM PST
- During a DRI week, the engineerβs regular 8 working hours should fall within the corresponding 12-hour coverage window. These 8 hours are part of the regular working schedule and are covered by the normal salary
- The remaining 4 hours are on-call and are compensated at 0.5x
- If active incident resolution is required during those 4 on-call hours, that time is compensated at 1.5x
- For DRI coverage on non-working days, the same coefficients apply: 0.5x for on-call time and 1.5x for active incident resolution
- Only urgent incidents require attention outside regular working hours. The client does not expect such incidents to occur frequently
- Non-urgent incidents should be handled during normal working hours
This setup means that DRI is a rotational responsibility rather than a permanent night schedule, with one DRI week approximately every four weeks.
Benefits:
- Paid vacation and sick leave
- Official state holidays β 9-11 public holidays per year
- Professional growth through challenging projects and the opportunity to master new technologies
- Flexible working schedule: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
- Personal Career Development Plan (CDP)
- Employee support programs (discounts, healthcare, legal assistance)
- Paid external training, conferences, and professional certifications aligned with business goals
- Internal workshops, seminars, and English classes
- Corporate library with paper and e-books
