Web tracking specialist / Web analyst

$$$

We are a full-service digital agency founded in 2006. We focus on end-to-end solutions through three core areas: development, design, and marketing. Our work is driven by a data-first approach, and we actively advance AI capabilities – developing in-house AI products to streamline workflows and scale our clients' projects.

We already have a strong marketing team in place and are continuing to grow, so we're opening a new position for a Web Analyst.

We're looking for a specialist with 3+ years of commercial experience and a strong marketing background – ideally, someone who has worked in an agency environment or on large-scale e-commerce projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up tracking and goals: GA4, GTM, events, dataLayer – from implementation to making sure the data is accurate and reliable.
  • Build custom reports and dashboards using Claude.
  • Answer business questions with data: why did sales drop, where are we losing money, and what should we do about it?
  • Design and analyze A/B tests: from forming a hypothesis to drawing conclusions you can actually trust.
  • Ensure data quality: investigate discrepancies between systems, attribution issues, and inconsistencies – and be able to explain where every number comes from.
  • Automate routine tasks using AI agents.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in web analytics: confident with GA4 and GTM, including events, goals, dataLayer, and debugging.
  • AI as part of your daily workflow: using AI for analysis, queries, reporting, and automation.
  • Understanding of advertising platforms: Google Ads and Meta – campaigns, metrics, and attribution.
  • Practical knowledge of statistics: A/B testing, statistical significance, sample sizes, and seasonality.
  • Strong analytical thinking: you don’t take numbers at face value or stop at the first plausible explanation – you dig 2–3 levels deeper to find the real cause.
  • English: sufficient for written communication and calls.

What We Offer:

  • Fully remote, full-time position with official employment.
  • Western e-commerce projects with complex seasonality, where analytics is not just for reporting but directly drives real business decisions.
  • A high level of trust: when it comes to data, the analyst has the final say in the discussion.
