Job Description

Knowledge of system analysis, business process analysis and optimization
Strong attention to detail, strong logic skills, ability to identify corner cases and provide the solution for the product
Knowledge of business analysis techniques, requirements gathering, and solutions assessment
Understanding and ability to identify the customer need
Ability to create clear requirements documentation (English writing, diagrams, basic BPMN)
Upper-intermediate English (written and verbal)
Good interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills

Nice to have:

Experience working in an enterprise environment
Technical background - understanding of object modern programming concepts, database design principles, etc.

Job Responsibilities

Collect, define and translate business objectives and distribute to a team
Create detailed and understandable requirements, tasks, support functionality till production
Interact with a team, organize product development, deliver product vision and functionality to the team
Backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of user stories
Collaborate proactively with Business Stakeholders, Project Managers and Teams to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the needs

Department/Project Description

The product is a web-based enterprise software tailored for individuals and organizations in the clinical research sector. It offers a user-friendly interface resembling paper forms, facilitating seamless data entry for assessors. Assessments can be accessed through web browsers, Windows tablets, or mobile devices.

The development process utilizes a WYSIWYG editor for content and behavior, enabling the integration of scoring algorithms directly into the system. The application also needs to support localization in more than 50 languages.
