Senior Frontend Developer — Modern Accounting SaaS (Next.js + Design-Obsessed)

We're building a modern accounting SaaS, think QuickBooks, but genuinely nice to use. The backend is a forked Akaunting (Laravel) core owned by a dedicated backend engineer. Your job is everything the user sees: a fast, beautiful, mobile-first Next.js app that makes accounting feel less like accounting.

We work AI-native (Claude Code, Cursor, v0).

Your part:

• Build the entire frontend in Next.js + TypeScript + Tailwind -- dashboards, invoices, expense flows, reports, onboarding, settings
• Own the design system (shadcn / Radix based) and component library
• Turn Figma or scoped ideas into motion-aware UI
• Consume the backend's REST/JSON API; collaborate closely with the backend engineer on API shape
• Small stuff: empty states, loading states, error states, keyboard shortcuts, accessibility
