DevOps Engineer (Windows / Cloud Infrastructure)
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Windows Server administration and cloud infrastructure to join our fintech product team.
This is a Windows-first role within a hybrid environment, focused on production infrastructure, automation, troubleshooting, and reliability. Cloud technologies and modern DevOps tools and practices are also an important part of the platform.
This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys infrastructure ownership, automation, practical problem-solving, and working closely with engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
3+ years of commercial experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or Windows Systems Engineering, including production automation
Strong experience administering and troubleshooting Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, Windows Services, IIS, certificates, and performance issues
Strong PowerShell scripting skills with experience automating Windows infrastructure and operational tasks
Hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure automation, configuration management, and provisioning
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, including deployment and rollback processes
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Alibaba, etc.)
Experience with monitoring and alerting systems in production environments
Experience working with MySQL in production, including backup/restore and troubleshooting
Good understanding of networking and infrastructure security, with hands-on troubleshooting experience
Experience troubleshooting production incidents, including service recovery, root cause analysis, and rollback/failover scenarios
Ability to develop and implement practical and effective infrastructure solutions
English - Intermediate or higher
Nice to Have:
Experience in fintech, trading, or CFD domain
Experience with MetaTrader infrastructure
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with Python or C#
Experience with PostgreSQL
Experience with high-availability, high-load, or business-critical production environments
Experience with disaster recovery, failover and high-availability solutions.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve project trading infrastructure
Configure, support, and improve Windows Server environments
Build and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions
Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational processes using PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform
Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines
Configure and maintain monitoring and alerting systems
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and participate in incident resolution
Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders on infrastructure-related solutions
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and operational instructions
Contribute to infrastructure reliability, security, and scalability improvements
