Middle UX/UI Designer

UX/UI Design Fundamentals

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
• Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
• Knowledge of design thinking methodology

Design Tools & Software

• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Familiarity with animation and interaction tools such as Framer, Principle, or Lottie

Web, Mobile & Graphic Design

• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications
• Understanding of platform-specific guidelines for iOS, Android, and Web
• Ability to create design systems and reusable UI components
• Ability to create social media graphics, advertising creatives, presentations, banners, and other marketing materials
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across digital and printed materials

Collaboration & Communication

• Experience working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
• Strong communication skills to present and justify design decisions
• Ability to work in an agile environment and iterate based on feedback
• Ability to prepare clear design specifications and assets for development and production

Frontend Knowledge (a Plus)

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with design implementation in frameworks like React or Next.js
