What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Project Lead on international MEP projects.
  • English proficiency (B2+) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
  • Solid understanding of BIM | VDC technologies and workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of construction documentation and design processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical requests and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong decision-making skills with accountability for outcomes.
  • Leadership abilities, including coordinating, mentoring, and supporting project teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assign tasks to BIM specialists and monitor project deadlines.
  • Communicate directly with English-speaking clients.
  • Manage and oversee all internal project processes.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation.
  • Perform Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) of all project deliverables.
  • Review and ensure the quality of RFIs (Requests for Information).
  • Plan project resources and coordinate the project team.
  • Be available for a flexible work schedule aligned with the US market.
