Must-Have Experience

• Strong practical experience deploying and managing Chatwoot in production
• Strong practical experience deploying and managing self-hosted RustDesk infrastructure
• Previous experience configuring RustDesk ID/Rendezvous Server and Relay Server
• Experience running Chatwoot using Docker / Docker Compose or Kubernetes
• Experience configuring Chatwoot for production workloads rather than development/demo environments
• Experience upgrading RustDesk servers with minimal service disruption
