We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (Setter) to join our growing sales team.
Position Summary
As a Sales Development Representative (Setter), your primary responsibility is to proactively contact prospective clients, qualify their needs, build rapport, and schedule appointments with our Closers. You are the first impression of ERPS Group and play a critical role in driving company growth.
Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, professionalism, and the ability to consistently meet daily activity and appointment goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads.
- Qualify prospects based on ERPS Group's qualification criteria.
- Build trust and establish rapport with business owners.
- Clearly communicate the value of ERPS Group's services.
- Schedule qualified prospects for strategy sessions and demos with Closers.
- Accurately document every interaction in the company's CRM.
- Follow up with leads through calls, text messages, and email.
- Maintain organized records and update lead statuses in real time.
- Work closely with Closers and Sales Management to maximize appointment attendance.
- Participate in daily sales meetings, coaching sessions, and role-playing exercises.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The following KPIs are mandatory performance expectations:
- Minimum 150 outbound calls per day
- Minimum 4 qualified demos/appointments booked per day
- Maintain CRM accuracy at 100%
- Follow up with assigned leads within required response times.
- Achieve and maintain company appointment show-rate targets.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly booking goals established by Sales Management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Confident handling objections.
- Self-motivated and competitive.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience using CRM systems is an asset.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment (for remote positions).

Reporting Structure
The Sales Development Representative reports directly to the Sales Manager and works collaboratively with Closers, the Marketing Team, and Leadership to achieve company growth objectives.
