Operations / Delivery Manager — Project-Based Role

EJAW is a digital products and creative solutions company that has been helping clients worldwide bring their ideas to life since 2010.

We are looking for an Operations / Delivery Manager on a project basis (Part-Time / Project-Based) whose key responsibility will be to audit current processes, identify and eliminate bottlenecks, and build an efficient development and team management system.

Responsibilities

• Audit current development and project management processes and identify key areas for improvement.
• Build and implement processes for planning, estimation, delivery, and team performance control.
• Structure and optimize Jira workflows, tasks, sprints, deadlines, ownership, and reporting.
• Build a system of metrics and dashboards to track project and team performance.
• Work with Project Managers to improve management quality and implement consistent standards and best practices.

• Automate processes and implement AI agents and other tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

   

Requirements

• Experience as an Operations Manager / Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery / PMO Lead or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in building and optimizing development processes, not just working within established systems.
• Strong expertise in project/delivery management and Jira.
• Experience managing, mentoring, and developing Project Managers.
• Experience building metrics, dashboards, and process automation.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and AI agents to optimize workflows.
