AI SDLC Senior Manager

Description

This is a Product Development project which was started by GlobalLogic from scratch. As modern engineering transitions into the AI era, we are seeking an AI SDLC Senior Manager to lead our delivery organization, drive AI-driven software development lifecycle (SDLC) transformations, and scale team productivity.
This product is a customized end-to-end BI solution for Financial KPIs tracking. AI functionality, AI SDLC (OpenAI framework), AWS Cloud and cutting-edge technologies. More details will be shared in an interview. Product Management, Architecture redesign and definition of Development processes are on the team’s side. End-to-end accountability for delivery lies with the GL team.
AI SDLC Senior Manager will handle delivery of this FinTech product and own a full set of tools to ensure successful Delivery.

Requirements

Experience & Scale

• 8+ years of progressive project / program management experience in software delivery.
• Proven track record of directly managing software delivery organizations of 30+ team members.
• International Delivery: Extensive experience managing enterprise business and technical stakeholders across North America and Europe.

AI & Technical Competency

• Deep understanding of Agentic AI concepts and their practical integration into team workflows.
• Strong grasp of modern cloud architectures (AWS), enterprise BI architectures, and modern software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with hands-on AI development tooling (e.g. Codex, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).

Leadership, Process & Soft Skills

• Advanced mastery of Scrum and scaled Agile frameworks, specifically adapted for AI-era execution.
• Demonstrated competency in product management principles and cross-functional alignment.
• Hands-on budget management experience.

Languages: Professional fluency in both English and Ukrainian.

Education: Master’s Degree (MS) or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Job responsibilities

AI SDLC Leadership & Strategy

• Drive, optimize, and scale the organizational transformation toward an AI-integrated Software Development Life Cycle (AI SDLC).
• Design and implement modern Agentic AI workflows across engineering teams to maximize delivery speed and quality.
• Evolve traditional Agile/Scrum methodologies to align with modern AI-era engineering practices.

Delivery & Operational Governance

• Maintain full accountability for end-to-end Agile program delivery, quality outcomes, and financial/budget management.
• Oversee product development processes, architectural transitions, and release cadence for a FinTech BI platform.
• Define and track key metrics to measure the efficiency and productivity gains of AI workflows.

Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-disciplinary team of 30+ software engineering professionals.
• Manage high-level relationships with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders across North America and Europe.
• Align closely with Product Management leadership to ensure seamless integration between delivery roadmaps and product vision.
